Fund Forum, Center for Youth Initiatives Kelajak Ovozi, Center for Development and Introduction of Computer and Information Technologies UZINFOCOM are organizers of the festival.

Magazine infoCOM.UZ is coordinator of the festival. The Uzbek Agency for Communication and Information and Women’ Committee of Uzbekistan are official supporters of the event.

The festival is aimed at popularizing internet among population of Uzbekistan, assisting to development of national content, expanding use of Uzbek language in internet, promoting historic, cultural and national traditions of people of Uzbekistan.

All existing websites, registered in UZ domain zone, can participate at the festival. Members of jury, website owners and any other person can offer website through the website of festival – www.if.uz. The applications are received from 10 August to 10 September of 2011.

The festival will have thirteen topical and two special nominations. The organizers will organize jury, which will assess the websites.

The websites, which claimed top three places in each nomination, will be awarded with prizes and diploma of the festival.
