The decision was developed on proposal of city Commission on under ages affairs, Main department of people’s education, Department of secondary special and professional education, Republican spiritual center, city Council of Public Youth Movement Kamolot and Tashkent city interior affairs department.

According to the decision, internet cafes in Tashkent city can work till 21:00.Under ages cannot visit internet cafes during lessons and night time without parents or those, who replace them.

The decision banned to store discs, websites, films, games, data and other materials, which promote dissipation, religious extremism, nationalism or their use via Internet.

The internet cafes also cannot place posters and advertisements, promoting dissipation, violence and cruelty.

The buildings, where internet cafes are located, should fully meet rules of sanitary and fire-security, as well as use of electricity.

Administrations of internet cafes were ordered to place information on working hours and ban on visit of the under ages to internet cafes at lessons time and night time, as well as responsibility for preparation, dissemination, promotion and demonstration of products, promoting dissipation, violence and cruelty.

Internet cafes should install video surveillance cameras to ensure security of their clients.

Administrations of the internet cafes should inform law enforcement bodies if they reveal that the visitors visit websites with extremism and terrorism content, disseminate banned materials.
