The photo biennale is held under motto “Parallels. Illusions and reality”. The biennale is organized by Uzbekistan Art Academy. The exhibitions will be placed at nine exhibition halls in Tashkent and Bukhara.

The exhibition attracted over 350 photographers from over 30 countries of the world.

Chairperson of Uzbekistan Art Academy Akmal Nuridinov said that the main goal of the photo biennale is to show various trends, new directions and open new names of photo art, boost international cultural relations and cultural dialogue.

The biennale will also include several master-classes, personal exhibitions, etc.
