Representatives of Russia and Belarus presented experience of their countries in development of e-government and made proposals to develop the system. They underlined success of Uzbekistan in development of electronic government.
Ruslan Artamonov, analyst of Direction on expert-analytical work at Higher School of Economy of Russia, said that electronic development in Uzbekistan is improving. He said that Uzbekistan should introduce OPEN-DATA, which would be useful for the country. It will help to develop new services and ensure transparency of the activities of the state bodies.
Yuriy Misnikov, UNDESA expert, made presentation on re-engineering and digitalization of business processes to improve online interactive electronic services and how to improve position in the UN international ranking.
Misnikov underlined that Uzbekistan has clear vision to develop electronic government. He said he is sure that there is political will in Uzbekistan, which is one of important factor for successful development of the task.
The experts participated in the seminar on organization of operation of the state bodies, which was held at Communication Museum.
