Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On approval of the regulation on the procedure for the provision of insurance services in electronic form” was adopted.

According to the document:

- until 31 December 2022, a unified information system will be developed that registers and monitors all insurance policies, integrated with all insurance companies;

- until 1 March 2023, a mobile application will be launched that allows to send notifications about road accidents that are issued without the participation of internal affairs officers;

- until 1 July 2023, a mechanism for submitting online applications for insurance claims for other types of compulsory and voluntary types of insurance will be introduced.

- under the Agency for the Development of the Insurance Market under the Ministry of Finance, a Call Center will be created.

The document also approves the Regulation on the procedure for the provision of insurance services in electronic form. In accordance with it, all types of insurance are issued in electronic form. The Regulation also contains rules on the procedure for drawing up an insurance contract, early termination of an insurance contract, registration of insurance policies, sending notifications to the insured, etc.
