According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance, the license was issued on 21 August 2014 in line with the order of Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan from 21 July 2014.

The company received license for rendering services on voluntary insurance in life insurance sector on I, II, III and IV classes and general insurance on I and II classes.

As of 1 August 2014, number of companies, working in insurance market of Uzbekistan, makes up 33, including three insurance brokers.
