Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – In Tashkent region, an inspector of preventive services shot and killed his wife and their infant before taking his own life.

According to the General Prosecutor’s Office press service, the incident occurred on the night of 6 August in Bostanlyk district.

The inspector used his service weapon to murder his wife and their 7-month-old child before committing suicide.

Authorities are currently investigating the incident to determine the causes behind the tragedy.
