The insurance company registered a prospectus of emission for 9.98 billion soums.

Within the issue, the insurance company will emit 7.6 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,300 soums each.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders of the insurer via replacement of old shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,300 soums.

The difference between par values for 2.28 billion soums will be paid due to capitalization of the part of net income of the company for 2014 and previous years.
