In line with the decision of shareholders, InfinBank will direct 3.12 billion soums to payment of dividends on ordinary shares.

The bank said that the size of dividend per share will make up 240 soums. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 13 million ordinary shares.

The shareholders of the bank also kept part of the income for 490.793 million soums as undistributed, the bank said.

Invest Finance Bank private open joint stock commercial bank carries out its activity based on license of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan No 75 from 22 November 2008.

Currently, the bank’s activities are focused in Tashkent region. InFinBank functions as universal bank, offering wide-range of financial services to businesses and individuals.
