Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Egyptian company In2Metals has begun the second phase of its copper mine development project in Navoi region of Uzbekistan, Dunyo news agency reported.
To date, the project has already seen an investment of US$700,000, with plans to increase this amount to US$2 million by the end of the year.
As part of the project, 1,400 meters of drilling have already been completed on site, and an additional 3,000 meters of work is scheduled to be carried out by the end of the year.
The implementation of this project began in September 2024.
