Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - At the forty-sixth plenary meeting of the Senate, the Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Security Activities” was considered.

This document was developed by the National Guard in accordance with the Law “On Security Activities” in order to harmonize certain regulations relating to the field of security activities.

It was noted that at the twenty-fifth plenary meeting of the Senate, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Security Activities” was approved by senators and signed by the head of our state in June 2022.

Based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Security Activities” in the laws “On the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, “On State Pension Provision of Citizens” and the Code of Administrative Responsibility in the Uzbek language, the concept of “harbiylashtirilgan soqchilik” is replaced by the concept of “harbiylashtirilgan qo‘riklash”.

During the discussion, senators noted that this Law serves a clear and uniform application of concepts in the field of security activities.

At the end of the discussion, the Law was approved by the senators.
