Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — IMC-Capital has become a co-founder of the mobile operator Perfectum, acquiring a 37.5% stake in Rubicon Wireless Communication LLC.
According to the Unified State Register of Entrepreneurs and Organizations (EGRPO), the company’s charter capital amounts to 304.62 billion soums.
Previously, the sole founder of Perfectum was Abduhalik Iminov, who now owns 50% of the company’s shares. Another 12.5% of the operator’s shares were acquired by Kamron Akbarov.
IMC-Capital is owned by Berill Holding Company Limited, a company registered in the UAE.
In addition to its stake in Perfectum, IMC-Capital holds 75% of UCMG, which received trust management rights at the Unified Republican Payment Center (Uzcard) in July 2024, as well as stakes in ATTO and Plum Technologies.
In August 2024, it was announced that a new mobile operator under the Vodafone brand is being created based on Perfectum and Uzcard in Uzbekistan. The operator will focus on developing 5G Standalone mobile communications, with the project scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2025. The total investment in the project will amount to 250 million euros.
