Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Igor Butman and Varvara Ubel will perform accompanied by the Moscow Jazz Orchestra at the VIII International Jazz Festival in Tashkent on 28 April.

Igor Butman is rightfully considered the main ambassador of Russian jazz art on the world stage. The famous Moscow Jazz Orchestra, Quintet and Quartet that he founded, called “a constellation of virtuosos” by Downbeat magazine, have been delighting listeners around the world for more than two decades.

Varvara Ubel, a rising star on the jazz scene, will join Igor Butman on stage, bringing fresh interpretations of classic jazz to the performance.

The event is held by the Art and Culture Development Foundation of Uzbekistan at the site near the Palace of International Forums “Uzbekistan”.
