This year, organizing committee of the Week tried to improve format of the exhibition as much as possible, making it more interesting and productive for a narrow circle of specialists, as well as for a wide audience of visitors and exhibitors themselves. A new approach to the organization of the Week was reflected in a number of activities.
In particular, one of the innovations of this year was online booking service for the stand to participate in the exhibition. With the help of an interactive map, each potential exhibitor could choose the location and book an exhibition space. Considering the high demand for participation in the exhibition, the organizing committee of the Week allocated additional space for exhibition stands in the new tent pavilion №5. As a result, this year ICTEXPO will be held in two pavilions, the total exhibition area of which is more than 3 000 sq.m.
Over 60 exhibiting companies, including representatives of the Russian ICT industry, as well as companies from Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Switzerland and others are participating in the ICTEXPO 2017 exhibition. The program of the exhibition is diverse and includes a large number of educational seminars, round tables, and entertainment activities designed to demonstrate the latest achievements in the field of ICT.
Participants of ICTEXPO 2017, on an exceptional basis, can conclude agreements with state and business authorities, local government authorities on the acquisition, development and provision of services for the creation of information systems, databases, resources and other software products.
These measures are designed to significantly improve the efficiency of ICTEXPO 2017 for business entities in terms of concluding contracts and contracts directly during the Exhibition.
