ICT Week has been held in Uzbekistan each year since 2004. It takes place in the end of September and includes several events dedicated to development of the ICT sector.

Annual National Exhibition of Information Technologies “ICTExpo 2012” will be held in Tashkent, Navoi and Termez from 26 to 28 September 2012.

Over 150 companies of IT and communication market will participate at the exhibition to present their products and solutions. Among participants are companies from Russia, Ukraine, China, Austria, Germany, South Korea, Hungary, etc.

The exhibition includes various seminars, roundtables, and entertainment event. The exhibition should contribute to development of cooperation and ICT sector.

Tashkent host National Summit of Information Communication Technologies – ICT Summit 2012 – within the ICT Week.

Over 500 delegates participate in the ICT summit, including from Uzbekistan and foreign states. They will consider achievements and problems, as well as exchange opinion on development of ICT.

Among topics, which will be discussed at the event, are regulation of ICT market, ICT for social development, software development, multimedia development, etc.
