Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 10 February, Minister for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications Sherzod Shermatov visited the PDP Academy.

Sherzod Shermatov got acquainted with the activities of the training center and the conditions created. A conversation was organized with the audience, an exchange of views and proposals took place.

PDP Academy is a training center specializing in teaching relevant IT professions both in person and online. This training center organizes courses in 10 IT areas and trains specialists in Android-, Python-, Java-. iOS, Flutter and Frontend programming.

Currently, 60 mentors and assistants conduct classes at the center. The number of graduates exceeds 1.6 thousand, of which 90 percent are employed. Many of them work in leading domestic and foreign companies.

During the meeting, Minister of ICT Sherzod Shermatov drew attention to the issues of expanding opportunities for young people to receive IT education and their further employment.
