The committee determined its activities for 2015. In particular, the committee considered its law-making and control-analytical work for this year.

The committee underlined that it is planning to consider a draft law “On protection of under ages from information, harming their physical and spiritual development”. The document will regulate relations in sphere of protection of under ages from information, which can harm their healthy and spiritual development.

This year, the Committee plans to consider a draft law “on Electronic government”, which is directed at improving activities of the state bodies and ensure transparency of their activities. It also sets legal mechanisms on activities of the state bodies in process of electronic governance.

The draft law “On electronic commerce” (new edition”) will be considered in 2015 as well. Currently, the experts and specialists of the committee are discussing the document.

The committee will also discuss some other laws, including on radio frequencies. The committee will carry out control-analytical work. In particular, the committee will discuss report of the Minister of development of information technologies and communication of Uzbekistan on execution of the programme on complex development of national ICT systems.

The participants made proposals and recommendations on introduction changes to the draft plan on control-analytical activities.
