The briefing was hosted by heads of audit group Mr. Karen Zadoyan. It was attended by Stephan Wenger (Switzerland) and Mohammed Aziz (Lebanon), head of the State Aviation Inspection, State Commission of Uzbekistan on ICAO affairs, Uzbekistan Havo Yollari, Tashkent International Airport and others interest sides.

Head of the State Aviation Inspection Mr. Uljanov welcomed the group on behalf of the government and aviation administration of Uzbekistan. He wished success in audit process. He expressed hope that recommendations, developed in the result of the inspection, will create good base for increasing aviation security in Uzbekistan.

During brief presentation, national audit coordinator and head of the State Aviation Inspection Mr. Tulyaganov presented structure of aviation security system, aviation legislation of Uzbekistan in security sphere.

Karen Zadoyan also made the presentation on the second circle of ICAO Universal Programme over control on ensuring aviation security. After the briefing, the group started to carry out audit.
