Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Humans became a laureate of the Crystal Headset international competition - the company received an award in the Best Place to Work in Central Asia nomination.
More than 120 contact centers from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Uzbekistan took part in the competition. The jury of the program included more than 250 leading industry experts, well-known trainers and consultants - for 3.5 months they studied the nominees, conducted online conferences and control visits to contact center sites - from amazing Kamchatka to bright and colorful Tashkent and Almaty. The jury noted the success of Humans in creating comfortable working conditions, implementing social initiatives and developing human resources, as well as a system of training and motivation.
Dmitry Aristarkhov, Executive Vice President of the National Association of Contact Centers, chairman of the jury of the Crystal Headset program, said:
"Crystal Headset" has been awarded for 19 years for innovation in customer service, effective technologies, the best customer experience and work with personnel in the vast Eurasian space. This year, young companies from the CIS, which competed on equal terms with large corporations, were also among the laureates. Humans has delivered impressive results, especially considering the contact center has only been in existence for two years. The company pays attention not only to the productivity of employees, but also cares about their well-being — employees work in a modern office, they have free lunches and dinners, a gym, a garden with a summer terrace. The office is also equipped with a prayer room, employees have the opportunity to allocate time for prayer. That's why we gave Humans the Best Place to Work award. I wish the Humans team new victories and hope to meet with the team in the next, anniversary season of the Crystal Headset.
Elena Uzhegova, Head of Service Quality at Humans, said:
“It is important for us to create an atmosphere in which everyone can reveal their potential and benefit. And the status of "the best place to work" proves that we are up to the task. In two years, we built a contact center from scratch with modern infrastructure: a comfortable office, a lounge area, a gym and a garden. We built a system of employee training, the program "Personnel reserve", which helps to improve managerial skills. We also developed our own motivation system: for various achievements, team members receive internal currency - “rockets”, which can be spent in the SuperHumans Store corporate store. We have a rather young team, so we hold internal corporate championships: we play football, we participate in the Counter-Strike tournament among fintech companies. All these efforts bring results - employees come to work with pleasure, and after the end of the working day they stay late to spend time with colleagues. And we do not plan to stop there — we have many plans and ideas on how to improve processes and make working conditions even more comfortable.”
