Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On measures to introduce a special legal regime of the “Regulatory Sandbox” was adopted.
The document approved the Temporary Regulations on the procedure for implementing the “Regulatory Sandbox”.
“Regulatory sandbox” envisages special regulation of the activities of business entities that are legal entities to test new products and services or the results of other intellectual activity based on modern technologies in a controlled, limited environment by area.

When making a decision to sell new products, services and work in this mode for the period specified in the agreement, obtaining a license and permits is not required.
The regime is implemented based on the following requirements:
A request to test new products, services and work within the framework of the “Regulatory Sandbox” is submitted through my.gov.uz. It must be accompanied by information about the activity. There are no fees for reviewing your request.
The period for consideration of the request is 30 days, during which the authorized body conducts an on-site study. During the study process, a demonstration of the project is carried out, during which, with the consent of the entrepreneur, video recording can be made. If the decision is positive, an agreement is concluded with the business entity.
The maximum period for the sale of products, services and works within the framework of the regime is 3 years. Sales are carried out in a limited controlled territory.
