Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-February 2024, about 13,000 foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for treatment, the Statistics Agency said.

Compared to the corresponding period last year, their number increased by 2,000 people or 18.5%.

Number of foreign citizens who entered Uzbekistan in January-February 2024 for the purpose of treatment by country (people):

Tajikistan – 8,696;

Kazakhstan – 1,983;

Kyrgyz Republic – 1,923;

Russia – 220;

Turkmenistan – 144;

Other countries – 28
