Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan will create a hotel complex with premium-class services on the basis of Turkiston hotel in Tashkent.

The Government of Uzbekistan issued a resolution “On measures for the organization of the greenhouse, livestock and hotel complexes on the basis of the Directorate of State Residences of the Financial and Economic Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

According to the document, the customer for construction of the complex is the Directorate of State Residences of the Financial and Economic Department of the Presidential Administration.

Bauraum Group is a general contractor. The project will be financed by bank loans.

The government recommended National Bank of Uzbekistan to allocate a loan in soums for a period of 10 years, including a three-year grace period at the refinancing rate of the Central Bank (now - 16%).

Uzbekiston Temir Yollari is a loan guarantor, the resolution said.
