Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 10 May 2023 No. 194 "On approval of the Regulations on the procedure for the formation and maintenance of a list of enterprises in the electrical industry that have introduced a high-tech production process" was adopted.

According to the regulation:

an application for inclusion in the list is submitted through the information system "Ruykhat";

received applications are considered by the Uzeltekhsanoat Association together with the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade. If the established criteria are met (with a score of more than 60 points), the enterprise is included in the appropriate list.

From 1 April 2021, enterprises in the electrical industry that have introduced a high-tech production process, when purchasing copper raw materials through exchange trading, make 25% of the payment in the form of an advance payment and the remaining 75% are paid monthly in equal shares within 90 working days after receiving copper raw materials.

On the basis of the guarantee of the Association "Uzeltekhsanoat" to these enterprises, the amount of the negative difference in VAT resulting from the application of a zero tax rate on the export of goods is reimbursed within 3 days. In this case, a desk tax audit after the refund of the amount of tax is carried out in accordance with the general procedure.

An enterprise included in the list is excluded from it if, in the course of carrying out its activities, an assessment is carried out according to the criteria and it scores less than 60 points.
