Hi-Tech Bank to pay dividends for 9m of 2010
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shareholders of Hi-Tech Bank private closed joint stock commercial bank distributed income of the bank for nine months of 2010.

According to the bank’s data, income of Hi-Tech Bank made up 1,334,836,675.64 soums in nine months of 2010.

In line with the decision of shareholders, the bank will direct 1.3335 billion soums to payment of dividends. The size of dividend per ordinary share is 254 soums. Shareholders did not distribute other part for 1.337 million soums.

Currently, Hi-Tech Bank issued 5.25 million shares. The par value of shares is 1,000 soums each.

Central Bank of Uzbekistan issued license to Hi-Tech Bank closed joint stock commercial bank in January 2010. The announced charter capital of the bank makes up 5.25 billion soums.

Priority directions of Hi-Tech Bank’s activities are to assist deepening social-economic reforms, financing projects of small and private businesses, as well as stimulating formation of new class of proprietors in Uzbekistan.
