The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the bank for 14.4 billion soums.

The bank plans to issue 12 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,200 soums each within the emission.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 1,000 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,200 soums.

The bank said that the difference between par values of shares at the size of 2.4 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income of previous years.

The bank said 51% shares of the issue will be placed among individuals and 49% - among legal entities.
