The Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the Uzbek commercial bank.

Within the emission, Hi-Tech Bank will issue 12 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,438 soums each. Total volume of the issue makes up 17.256 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among the bank’s stakeholders. The shares will be placed via replacement of old shares with par value of 1,419 soums to new one with nominal value of 1,438 soums.

The difference between par values of new and old stocks will be paid due to income of the bank for previous years at the size of 228 million soums.
