According to the bank, the Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the bank.

Within the emission, the bank will place 12 million ordinary shares with par value of 1,565 soums. The shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders.

In August 2015, Hi-Tech Bank’s shareholders adopted a decision to direct 1.524 billion soums from net income for six months of 2015 to increase the charter capital. In the result, the charter capital reached 18.78 billion soums.

The charter capital will be increased via changing par value of shares from 1,438 soums to 1,565 soums.
