Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Dilshodbek Bulanov was appointed head of the department of affairs of the Ministry of Finance.

Dilshodbek Bulanov was born in 1971 in Osh region of the Kyrgyz Republic, an ethnic Uzbek. He has higher education, graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry in 1994.

From 1999 to 2000, D. Bulanov worked as a forwarder at the Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry at the Tasvir Text enterprise.

Bulanov began his activities in the system of the Ministry of Finance in 2000 as a director of the financial legislation department of the Center for Tax and Budget Policy under the Ministry. Later, he worked as a forwarder, head of the administrative department, deputy chief editor and chief editor.

In 2007, he headed the business sector of the Sagbon branch of Ipak Yuli Joint-Stock Innovative Commercial Bank.

In 2007-2018, he was deputy head of the Office of the Head Office of the Ipak Yuli Joint-Stock Innovative Commercial Bank.

Prior to his appointment, he served as Deputy Head of the Department of Affairs of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
