Hamkorbank to acquire shares in Andijongosht

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Open joint-stock commercial bank Hamkorbank said it is planning to buy 75,311 shares of Andijongosht open joint-stock company.

The bank said the bank will acquire shares due to capitalization in line with the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Hamkorbank said that it will also purchase 62,534 shares of Andijongosht. The bank will possess 194,598 shares in the enterprise, which makes up 26% share in Andijongosht’s charter capital.
