The decision was adopted in order to improve organizational structure and training highly skilled foreign language teachers in Andijan region, create necessary educational and material-technical base, meeting modern requirements.

The document said that buildings and establishments, other property and assets of Andijan State Pedagogic Institute of Languages will be handed over to balance of Andijan State University for free.

In line with the document, the students of the abolished university will be transferred to newly created department under the Andijan State University.

Uzbekistan Finance Ministry was entrusted to introduce corresponding changes to budget parameters of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of Uzbekistan for 2010, based on this resolution.

The government entrusted Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of Uzbekistan to determine quota to new department based on real need to trained specialists in this direction.
