The document was adopted to improve tourism attractiveness of the country and further improving roadside and tourism infrastructure of Uzbekistan.
The resolution approved a list of construction and reconstruction of sanitary units on standard projects at 125 automobile gas filling compressor stations and near 27 objects of cultural heritage and cultural-entertainment establishments.
The resolution underlined that compressor stations, which have no sanitary unit, working for 24 hours a day and included to the list, cannot operate from 1 September 2015. Other stations, which have no sanitary unit, will not be able to work from 1 April 2016.
The resolution said that people should pay for service of the sanitary units, installed at the compression stations.
Uzbektourism and State Architecture and Construction Committee were entrusted to develop a standard project of modern sanitary unit.
The sanitary units will be built at Afrosiyob Museum in Samarkand, Ark Palace in Bukhara, Somoniylar Park, Chor Bakr in Bukhara, Norbutabiya in QOqand, Abulqosim in Tashkent, and others.
