Golf complex to be built in Tashkent region in partnership with Malaysian investors
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A large-scale golf complex is set to be developed in Uzbekistan’s Tashkent region in collaboration with Malaysian partners.
A delegation led by Zoyir Mirzaev, the khokim (governor) of the Tashkent region, is currently on a working visit to Malaysia, holding meetings with representatives of the country’s leading business circles.
During negotiations with The Mines Resort and Golf Club, an agreement was reached to establish a modern golf and hotel complex in the Tashkent region.
Plans include allocating around 100 hectares of land for the project and transforming the selected site into a high-end resort area. Potential locations under consideration include the Bostanlyk, Parkent, and Akhangaran districts.
In addition to this, the delegation held talks with The Food Base, a company specializing in low-calorie natural sugar granules, and Righ Food Company, which produces plant-based meat and fast food products.
