GM Uzbekistan cars among TOP 10 best selling cars in Russia

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- GM Uzbekistan, an Uzbek-US carmaker, took the eighth place among the best selling cars in Russia in January-June 2009, official distributor of the Uzbek cars to Russia and the CIS, Uz-Daewoo, said on its website.

The distributor said cars produced at the GM Uzbekistan traditionally are among TOP 10 best selling cars in the Russian auto market.

Nexia and Matiz took 5th and 6th positions among the most demanded car model in the Russian market, Uz-Daewoo said.
