Gissar hydro power station’s hydraulic units produce electricity
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- New hydropower station has been commissioned at Miraki village of Shakhrisabz district of Kashkadarya region of Uzbekistan, the Scientific-Production Company (SPC) “Rakurs” said. The station will produce electricity, using water of Gissar Water Reservoir.

Two hydraulic units of Gissar hydro power station reached their full capacity and generated electricity to the network. The Russian company said that the units are equipped latest automated system on management of technologic processes at the base of Apogey management system of Rakurs.

Specialists of Rakurs carried out all complex of works from development, production, as well as balancing and commissioning works at the Gissar station.

Gissar station’s automated management system will execute technological operations on management of generating units and its auxiliary systems, as well as control temperature of equipment, provide technological information, etc.
