Germany wins bronze medals of World Cup

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Germany came from behind to claim third place at the World Cup with a 3-2 win over Uruguay in Port Elizabeth.

Thomas Muller opened the score on 18 minutes, while Edinson Cavani scored equalizer ten minutes later. Diego Forlan put Uruguay ahead with a volley on 51 minutes.

But Marcell Jansen (56 minute) and Sami Khedira (82 minute) scored to ensure victory of Germany in the third place match.

Germany won the bronze medals of the World Cup for the second time in a row.
