German specialist helps CCI of Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Specialist from Germany Ralf Spies renders assistance to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Uzbekistan in development of training and improving skills of businesses.

Ralf Spies has been working in Uzbekistan since April 2010 and actively participates in implementation of several projects of the CCI.

In particular, he supervised a project “Successful entrepreneur”, which was attended by over 350 students and graduates of universities. The project is aimed at assisting university graduates to open their own business.

Ralf Spies said that in the result of the project, Center for training and improving skills and Business Incubator under the CCI were founded. German Embassy in Tashkent and GIZ rendered financial assistance to these two projects.

Center for training and improving skills organizes seminars, training, master classes and other forms of trainings. The center also organizes participation of Uzbek businesses in international educational programmes directed at developing small and private businesses.

In its turn, business incubator renders consulting support to entrepreneurs to develop their businesses. Business incubator renders consulting services to businesses, helps to develop business plants and attract investments.

Main goals of the business incubator is to hold SWOT analysis, prepare documents for loans (assessment of property, development of feasibility plan, business plan), conduct marketing research, search for partners, organization of negotiations, etc.

Currently, business incubator helps to implementation about five projects, including a project on production of ionizer, a project on creation of franchising on production of oxygen cocktails, a project on production of children footwear, etc.
