From New Year, the consumers can purchase a liter of Ai-80 gasoline for 1,435 soums compared to previous price of 1,405 soums.

The prices for Ai-91 gasoline increased from 1,555 soums to 1,585 soums and Ai-95 – from 1,725 soums to 1,755 soums.

The growth of prices is connected with increase of taxes for individuals for consumption of automobile fuel, which rose from 145 soums to 175 soums for liter from 1 January.

Last time, the prices for gasoline grew in Uzbekistan on 10 December 2010. The growth rate made up 15%. The growth was connected with the decision of the Uzbek government to increase retail prices for gasoline and diesel.
