Gas stations owned by Uzbekneftegaz have enough gasoline of all grades and there is no price increase

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Gas stations owned by Uzbekneftegaz have enough gasoline of all grades and there is no increase in prices, Uzbekneftegaz said in a statement.

There are reports in social networks that there is a shortage of AI-80 gasoline and gasoline is being sold at higher prices.

“Currently, the price of AI-80 gasoline at gas stations owned by Uzbekneftegaz JSC has remained unchanged, and sales are carried out at a cost of 6,800 soums per liter. Other brands of gasoline are also sold at the same prices: AI-92 - at a price of 9,500 soums per liter and AI-95 - at 10,500 soums,” Uzbekneftegaz said.

The statement said that at the moment, 4,000 tons of gasoline are produced daily at the refineries of the republic, which is sold through exchange auctions and sent to the needs of consumers. In addition, there is a sufficient supply of gasoline.

Private entrepreneurs are also importing imported gasoline - since the beginning of this year, an average of 10,000 tons of gasoline has been imported monthly.

In addition, due to the increase in the volume of imports of raw materials, measures are being taken to increase the volume of gasoline production.
