The main of the festival is to create platform for dialogue among various cultures, which will help to students of UIBE to feel themselves citizens of the world and achieve harmony through studying various cultures.

Fund Forum said that the festival included various cultural events, including presentation fair of over 40 countries and regions of the world. The exposition of Uzbekistan, which was designed in national style, presented national costumes, souvenirs, fine art products, etc.

National cuisine, plov, was popular among the visitors of the Uzbek pavilion. Plov was produced by the cooks of Shash Art-Restaurant in Beijing.

At the closing ceremony of the festival, the Uzbek group presented dances and songs “Khorezm Lazgisi”.

Fund Forum noted that students from Uzbekistan, studying at the universities in Beijing, including UIBE, helped to preparation of the festival.
