The guests of the event were treated with Uzbek pilaf and sweets. Band “Uzbegim” presented their dances and music. The exhibition of cultural products, clothes and books were also organized.

Children and adults participated in contests and quizzes. The officials of Astrakhan city expressed gratitude for organization of the event and said it will help to familiarize with the nation, its history, traditions and customs.

Head of the Uzbek national-cultural organization “Uzbekistan” Bakhodir Aminov said that such events will help to strengthen inter-national friendship and mutual trust, respect and understanding.
