Visitors from France led by the French ambassador to Uzbekistan Jean-Bernard Hart visited the museum in the Afshona Village of Peshkun District, the birthplace of the great Abu Ali Ibn Sino.

They presented some copies of the translations "Canons of Medical Science" by Jerard Cremon into Latin, as well as copies of manuscripts of 1447-1448 dedicated to Avicenna, Jahon reported quoting Pravda Vostoka newspaper.

"Our association " Avicenna-France" is the non-governmental organization," the head of the association Mark Bonnel said. "Usually we assist on retraining the Uzbek doctors, and for over the last four years we have also established contacts with the Abu Ali Ibn-Sino Museum in Afshona.
