The document was signed during the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to China.

He said that the funds will be used to realize strategic investment projects. In particular, the funds will be used to implement projects on developing infrastructure, energy, automobile and rail roads, modernization of irrigation and drainage systems, etc.

Vafoev said realization of these projects will help to develop production capacities and service sector.
