Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A change of founders took place at the United Republican Processing Center LLC (Uzcard), according to the data of the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations.

In May, it was reported that Oybek Tursunov became the owner of a 75% stake in the authorized capital of UzCard. The remaining 25% of the share in the company is owned by the United Republican Processing Center LLC.

According to the register, the National Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Uzbekistan owns a 51% stake in Uzcard. Another 6% of the share belongs to Uzpromstroybank, 6% to Asaka Bank, 6% to Ipoteka Bank and 6% to Alokabank.

Mansur Usmanov, Kamron Akbarov, Timur Azadov and Obid Agzamkhodjaev each own a 6.25% stake in the United Republican Processing Center LLC.
