The palace will be commissioned in the mid-summer of 2009. It will become the main place for organization of various events, including within the international organizations, in which Uzbekistan is member.

Tashgiprogor and Pulat Qurilma Loyiha developed the project of the building, area of which will comprise 9,500 square meters.

The palace will have three halls - one for 2,200 seats and two for 300 seats each.
