Former Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan appointed as first deputy head of the Presidential Administration

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Akim (Governor) of Turkestan Region, Darhan Satybaldy, has been appointed the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan, Dunyo News Agency reports.

Darhan Satybaldy was born in 1974 in South Kazakhstan Region. From 2019 to 2022, he served as Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Uzbekistan and since August 2022, he has held the position of Akim of Turkestan Region.
