FNPZ digitizes shipment by road

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Ferghana Oil Refinery (FNPZ) is reaching a new level of technological processes, including through the use of modern technologies. Today, all the resources of the enterprise are aimed at providing consumers with affordable fuel, in particular, gasoline.

To ensure high rates of production and shipment, from the first decade of December 2022, an automated process of truck shipment was launched at the Ferghana Oil Refinery, which is accompanied by electronic document management in the Corporate Information System (CIS) based on SAP S / 4 Hana software. This ensures the stability and transparency of the shipment process for the department that interacts with customers.

The implemented automation process provides a number of advantages. So, shipping documents are now printed with a QR code. Inside it digitally contains all the information about the party in one place. With the help of QR, a specialist can literally see all the information about the shipment and the persons responsible for it literally from a mobile phone.

In addition, with the introduction of this automation process, each car enters the factory for shipment through an electronic pass issued to drivers. The status of the shipment can be tracked online, which indicates a clear accountability for the implementation of each step of the process by all participants.

The implemented system makes it possible to respond much more quickly to emerging issues related to the shipment of products, and drastically reduces the number of printed documents. Previously, the weight process was drawn up on paper, manually. All data in the system is generated without the participation of the human factor.

“This process allows the plant management to track the entire operation using digital dashboards that allow them to see the processes at the plant from anywhere in the world where there is Internet, online. Already today, further steps are planned to improve the quality of customer service of the plant,” said Natalya Alshanikova, Deputy Director for Business Process Automation.

This was another step towards the goals that the FNPZ focuses on: the production and supply of competitive products that best meet the requirements of consumers, the further development of production for the benefit of the state and society.
