Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Colonel Farhod Khasanov has been appointed as the First Deputy Head of the Main Department of Internal Affairs (GUVD) of Tashkent.

Prior to this appointment, he served as the Head of the Coordination Department of Internal Affairs in Kokand.

Khasanov replaces Doniyor Tashkhodjayev, who had held the position since August 2023. It is worth noting that Tashkhodjayev was relieved of his duties by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs in late November last year.
