Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Several forest fires broke out on the territory of the Angren branch of the Tashkent forestry enterprise, located in Pskent district of Tashkent region. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of Uzbekistan.

According to the Ministry, at the moment the fires have been extinguished by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Tashkent region.

The working group is conducting an investigation to establish the causes and consequences of the fires.
