Starting from 2025, audits of the activities of large organizations, where the state owns 50 percent or more of the charter capital, will be implemented.

Strategic and information technology audits will be introduced in Uzbekistan.

The government has established procedures for submitting annual reports on the execution of Uzbekistan’s consolidated budget to the Accounting Chamber for external audit and assessment by March 5 of the following year.

Since 2024, programs aimed at achieving Uzbekistan’s national goals and objectives in sustainable development will be annually evaluated by the Accounting Chamber, with results provided to the President and the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

Information on the allocation of funds from the State budget and state targeted funds to regions will be provided to respective local councils of deputies.

Procedures for requesting and controlling funds allocated from the State budget and state targeted funds by local councils of deputies in designated regions will be established.

Quarterly, the Government will discuss the outcomes of control measures conducted by the Accounting Chamber.
