Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Finance TCI became the owner of a 61.54% stake in Kapitalbank after purchasing a 50% stake in the bank at the end of December 2022.

On 28 December 2022, a deal with the shares of the bank in the amount of 786.89 billion soums was registered at Uzbekistan Stock Exchange (UZSE).

According to the official data, the only participant in Finance TCI LLC, established in May 2019, is the foreign company Djuzum SPV Ltd.

Djuzum SPV Ltd is also the sole participant in Uzum Market, Uzum Technologies, Uzum, One Factor, Fast Delivery Technologies.
